Promo hanya berlaku untuk pembelian ready stock./Customers who purchase these items through project or special bids are not eligible for this promotion. This promo is only valid for ready stock purchase.
  • Barang harus sudah sampai di tempat end user paling lambat tanggal 13 Agustus 2010./To be eligible for this promotion, without exception all hardwares must be delivered to end users by August 13, 2010.
  • Klaim form dapat dikirim ke Veronica Kristianti via fax 021-2992-5001 atau email ke kveronic@id.ibm.com atau via pos ke PT IBM Indonesia, The Plaza, 16-18th Floor, JL. M.H Thamrin 28-30, Jakarta 10350, Attn. Ms. Veronica Kristianti./The claim form can be sent to Ms Veronica Kristianti via fax 021-2992-5001 or email directly at kveronic@id.ibm.com or via post to PT IBM Indonesia, The Plaza, 16-18th Floor, JL. M.H Thamrin 28-30, Jakarta 10350, Attn. Ms. Veronica Kristianti.
  • Formulir klaim harus dilengkapi dengan copy End User PO to Tier 2 Resellers & copy Tier 2 DO to End User dan diterima IBM selambat-lambatnya 6 September 2010. Jika klaim tidak sah, IBM akan menghubungi pelanggan./The claim form require supporting documents which are copy of End User PO to Tier 2 Resellers & copy of Tier 2 DO to End User and must be received by IBM Indonesia latest by September 6, 2010. Upon verification of the claim, IBM will deliver the promotion item to the end user. If claim is not valid, IBM team will inform the end user.
  • Reseller harus menyediakan End User Claim Form kepada pelanggan di saat pembelian./Resellers to provide End User Claim Form to eligible end user at the time of purchase.
  • Pelanggan boleh memilih tipe voucher yang diinginkan (Sodexho/Carrefour/Matahari/MAP)./Customers can choose the type of the voucher to redeem (Sodexho/Carrefour/Matahari/MAP).
  • IBM berhak mengganti sebagian ataupun seluruh isi program tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu./IBM has the right to modify some or whole of the program without further notice.
  • Keputusan IBM mengenai kesahan klaim tidak dapat diganggu gugat./IBM's decission to the eligibility of the claim is final.
